Align supports children ages 1–12 experiencing challenges such as bedtime resistance, frequent night wakings, difficulty falling asleep independently, early morning waking, sleep anxiety, and sleep difficulties associated with neurodivergence. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your child’s unique needs and determine the most appropriate level of support.

Yes, Align works with both neurotypical and neurodivergent children.

Many children experience more than one sleep concern at a time. Bedtime resistance, night wakings, difficulty falling asleep independently, and early rising often occur together. Support is designed to address the full picture rather than a single symptom.

Yes, we partner with other professionals often including pediatricians as well as ABA teams.

Many families notice meaningful changes within the first two weeks when strategies are implemented consistently. However, every child is different, and timelines vary based on age, developmental factors, sleep history, and family goals.

Align combines behavioral expertise with specialized sleep training. As a dual-certified behavior and sleep clinician, I provide individualized recommendations grounded in research, developmental understanding, and practical family-centered support rather than one-size-fits-all sleep plans.

We provide sleep support services to children 1 – 12 years old.

At this time, we are unable to bill insurance for sleep services. However, families are able to use their HSA/FSA accounts to pay for services.

Yes, at the time of enrolling in services, you may select to pay for your package upfront or on a weekly payment plan.
